Gearing up for ISM and ProSweets on the horizon

With the start of 2025 now well under way, we’ve been busy preparing for this year’s ISM & ProSweets events, so deadlines beckon in relation to our major preview event for those shows that you can read all about shortly.

But for now, this is a simple editorial plea – as we embark on what is sure to be another momentous year of activity across confectionery, snacks, as well as related sweet bakery markets, we really would like to hear from you all as much as possible.

Your direct engagement is especially vital for vibrancy and future development of our magazine, website and all other aspects of our coverage, so please don’t be shy in sending any news, comment or feature suggestions our way for consideration. We of course set a high bar for the quality of content that we feature, and we have been fortunate that alongside our own direct reporting, we have been able to call upon contributions from across the global sector that have added considerable to the weight of our coverage.

While we are about to head to ISM and ProSweets for which we are a longstanding media partner, we have also opened registration for our own show, the World Confectionery Conference, which is set to return to Brussels on 11 September.
