KitKat has unveiled what it believes is the ‘ultimate duo’ chunky white chocolate and Lotus Biscoff for its latest variety, which is being brought back by popular customer demand, writes Neill Barston.
The addition to the flagship range first made its debut in Tesco stores last year, but after strong feedback from shoppers, the bar will now be returning to the retailer for another exclusive 12-week run starting from February, before it finally hits shelves nationwide.
It combines signature KitKat wafer, adorned with original Lotus Biscoff caramelised biscuit crumb, enveloped in smooth white layer, which emerges alongside further editions to the series.
The brand has also confirmed plans for the KitKat 4 Finger range: KitKat 4 Finger White. Available now, replacing the limited-edition flavour is replacing the delicious KitKat 4 Finger Caramel, launched in 2023, and will only be available this year.
“We are thrilled to unveil these new flavours in our KitKat range,” said Assistant Brand Manager for KitKat, Torin Zieboll, “We know KitKat enthusiasts nationwide look forward to exciting new products and this collaboration between KitKat and Lotus Biscoff is truly iconic, bringing together two beloved brands to create an unforgettable taste experience.”
To add an extra sprinkle of excitement to the launch, KitKat will be running social media competitions to celebrate the new products. Keep a close eye on socials for a chance to join in the fun.
