Läderach joins the Dubai Chocolate revolution with new limited edition Christmas creation

Swiss premium confectionery brand Läderach has become the latest business to serve up a creative Christmas surprise in exploring its own take on the TikTok sensation that is Dubai chocolate with its new seasonal special edition, reports Neill Barston.
As previously reported, the latter stages of 2024 have seen an explosion in interest in the freshly invented bar type that features a crunchy core of roasted pistachio, with kataifi filo (angel hair) dough, which has seen fans across pay out more than €100 per bar of other alternatives that have emerged in recent months surrounding the viral snacking sensation.
For its part, Läderach’s own version of the top rated treated features its own signature Swiss premium milk chocolate, with visitors to its Regent Street store in London this week gaining their first chance to savour the product of the moment.
Moreover, as the business noted, it is making the new variety available for a limited period in just 23 of its global stores, with lucky chocolate enthusiasts who manage to secure a purchase of the limited hand-made batches will enjoy a taste sensation that elevates the ordinary to the extraordinary, developed by the World Chocolate Master Elias Läderach.
Due to the exclusivity of the product, only 16 slabs are available each day to ensure as many shoppers as possible can enjoy the product during its exclusive run, meaning customers are only allowed to buy up one full slab per person per day.
Following the debut of FrischSchoggi Dubai, Läderach is set to introduce another major release to its portfolio, the Swiss-inspired FrischSchoggi Zurich, launching just one week later. This will feature creamy and crunchy core made with a blend of yoghurt, apple, and strawberry pieces, inspired by Museli. Its fruity filling is texturally complemented by rocher almonds, blackberry powder, puffed spelt, and wafer slivers, encased in rich dark and milk couverture.
The FrischSchoggi Zurich edition embodies Läderach’s Swiss heritage, reinterpreting the global chocolate trend with local authenticity. This launch celebrates the craftsmanship and creativity that makes FrischSchoggi a true icon, and customers can look forward to a fresh, indulgent experience that pays homage to the flavors of Switzerland
